Do you ship all over India?

 Yes, we ship pan-India using trusted courier partners like DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, EcomExpress, and more.


How long does it take to receive my order?

  Processing takes1–2 working days. Delivery takes7–10 daysafter dispatch, depending on your location.




Is shipping free?

 Yes, shipping is free on orders above ₹500. Below that, standard shipping charges apply. and below 500 shipping charges ₹ 50




Can I track my order?

 Yes, tracking details are shared viaemail and SMS, and you can also check it on our tracking page.

 What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD)


Is Cash on Delivery available?

No, COD is not available. However, COD orders require phone verification before dispatch.






 Are my payment details secure?

Absolutely. All payments are securely processed via PhonePe and Cashfree rozerpay payment gateways.and any upi and cards also





🔁 Exchanges

 Do you accept returns?

 We do not accept returns. We only allow exchanges for wrong or damaged items.




What is required to request an exchange?

 Anunboxing videois mandatory for all exchange requests. It helps us verify the issue.








Who bears the cost of return shipping in case of exchange?

The customer must pay a ₹100 exchange shipping fee. Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned item.
